Tuberculosis (TB) is a lung condition caused by bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It’s a treatable airborne bacterium, although some strains are resistant to conventional treatments. Risk factors and prevention

Risk factors for tuberculosis include:

  • diabetes
